So much to say-I don’t know about anyone else but there just seems to be so much to say right now and so little time to say it all.I feel I need to explain a little why I am selling Christmas product so hard... after Christmas I have some other projects to work on, ones that go back to my styling focus. Full of constant challenges, tears and way to many chocolate HobKnobs. But amongst all the s**t is happiness. Moments of pure joy. Right now its hard to know what to say - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Depending on who you talk to and what you believe there are many different opinions on the message we should be talking about as wedding professionals on our Social Media. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I feel I would be being false if I try and be overly optimistic right now. The new lockdown prevents any weddings except those in exceptional circumstances so yet again this feels like another set back for our industry. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀What I am going to shout about is our resilience, not just us in the wedding industry but everyone. We are all still here, we are still continuing to fight on! Our businesses are still alive and the very fact we have continued filling these little grids with beautiful content shows our strength and determination to keep bringing joy into peoples lives. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Yes all weddings and events may once again be cancelled, my financial predictions for November have been trampled over again. Despite all this I do have a feeling of positivity, I haven't sunk back into the black hole of March. There is lots to look forward to, I am pivoting and pivoting with each new announcement and there are exciting projects in the pipeline that COVID cannot take away from me.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀To all my couples I will be checking in with you over the next few days. Stay strong, keep your head up and know that I am here for you. Your future weddings are keeping this business alive and keeping me motivated to show up every day.
