With a range of different services tailored to each couple’s needs, a Venue Stylist’s services’ are invaluable when it comes to creating a cohesive look and taking the pressure off of you and your wedding party. Enabling you to relax and take time to absorb the atmosphere of your wedding day and the excitement of the build-up.

The full style
This is for couples where the style and venue setup is a key investment and priority for them.
Relax knowing you have The White Emporium’s full hire range for your wedding.
After the initial meeting we will put together your own bespoke design plan, walking you through the full day of your wedding from ceremony to cake table. This personal PDF is yours to show to your other booked suppliers and use as a reference tool.
You will then have access to the full hire collection where we will work together to select pieces to compliment the look and feel of your day. To keep the look concise and fluid this service also includes a ‘Welcome to your wedding’ sign and table plan creation. (This does not include table plans that cannot be created in house by us).
We will happily source items outside of the main collection (there maybe an additional fee for items we don’t own), and point you in the direction of recommended and trusted suppliers such as furniture hire and florists.
Included within this styling service is a key installation piece such as festoon lighting or hanging lanterns. Or let’s get creative and design something bespoke.
If we can, we will gain access to the site the day before the wedding to start the setup, before returning the following day to take care of all the finer details and finishing touches. If access to the site is on the day only, then there will be extra TWE team members on hand to make sure everything is perfect.
Following your wedding we will be back to pack all TWE hire items away so you can relax and enjoy precious time as newlyweds.
This styling service includes planting a tree within The Forest of Marston Vale.
All TWE hire items are included in the price, external supplier items are extra. Mileage is charged at £0.65 per mile.

Take the
Weight off
When you’re dreaming of a beautiful wedding that encompasses your personal style but don’t know how to pull it off, we are here for you.
We will help translate your style and bring your wedding ideas to life by designing the look and vibe of your venue from the ground up. We’ll closely collaborate on your Pinterest boards and create a full design pack to explain ideas visually. Then we’ll use our connections and experience to source those unique hard to find pieces.
On the day the TWE team will be there to style your venue from top to bottom with your own items and props hired from the collection, if it’s a large setup no worries we will be on hand the day before to get those installation pieces started.
Working closely with the venue and other suppliers such as the cake designer and florist to ensure our vision comes together flawlessly.
This allows you complete peace of mind knowing every little detail will be taken care of. All you have to do is sip some fizz and get married to your love!
The following day we will be back to de-rig and pack all TWE items away so you can relax and unwind.
The Take The Weight Off package also includes a tree donation to The Forest of Marston Vale.

A helping hand
Our most popular service giving you complete peace of mind so you can relax on the morning of your wedding.
A trusted pair of hands taking care of every last set up detail. It’s ideal for dry hire venues or those with restricted setup times.
If you have a basic vision and a head full of ideas but feel a little overwhelmed by the task ahead then we can help stream line your thoughts and work together to create a day full of atmosphere and personal touches. We’ll make sure the look is effortlessly exquisite and full of attention to detail, using our expert eyes to set up all The White Emporium hired items and your own décor, as well as overseeing other relevant suppliers.
Included with every booking is an initial consultation where we can discuss ideas, figure out what you love and what matters to you as a couple. Following which we will put together a bespoke quote and up to two design boards for the areas you are struggling to visualise.
Before your big day we will meet at your beautiful venue for a walk around to discuss placement and fill in any gaps that we may discover. On the day of the wedding the TWE team will be on hand to perfect the look and bring your vision to life. The next day we will be back to pack all TWE items away allowing you precious time to relax with friends and family.
The Helping Hand styling service when teamed with a minimum hire spend of £500 includes a tree donation to The Forest of Marston Vale.

tHE WORKS

The Works is a complete styling and floristry service for your wedding from The White Emporium and Wildstems.
We understand that planning your wedding in a way that is stylish and elegant but with a consideration of the environmental footprint can be challenging.
At the same time, we have both been involved in too many weddings where the stylist and florist have been kept ‘separate’, often not aware of each other’s role until the day of the wedding. We think this is a missed opportunity to allow your creatives to collaborate for a more cohesive and elevated event.
The Works brings Gemma’s eye and extensive experience for event styling together with Cissy’s unique and untamed florals to create the most remarkable weddings and events that work in rhythm with the seasons.
Who we are –
Cissy – is a season-led florist at the forefront of modern British floristry. Working in tune with the rhythms of nature, she only works with locally grown flowers and foliage to create remarkable florals for zero-waste weddings and events. With extensive experience in and understanding of the flowers available during each season, Cissy’s florals truly anchor a wedding or event to a time and place.
Gemma – Has worked in the wedding industry for over 8 years as a wedding stylist. She is passionate about supporting local businesses and appreciating what is right in front of us. Creativity is all she has ever known, loving nothing more than pulling together mood boards and the using her key eye for detail to bring these mood boards to life. With training in colour theory and talking therapies, Gemma has a keen ear for deciphering what a couple would like and translating that into visually stunning settings. With an aim of helping more people embrace the present moment and enjoy a time of escapism she is excited about joining forces with Cissy of Wildstems to create impactful and mesmerizing settings for your wedding.

How it works –
- This service entails a minimum spend of £5,000 including both styling and florals (Briefly this will cover full event styling and design support, bridal party flowers, a ceremonial or reception installation and reception table flowers).
- We will have an initial consultation to discuss the process, get a clearer sense of your vision as a couple and run through ideas and colour palettes for your event.
- Following receipt of a £500 design fee, which secures both Gemma and Cissy for your event (and which is deducted from the final invoice), we will prepare a full design plan, covering ceremony, reception, signage, cake etc.
- Walk around at venue if needed.
- 1 month before another 3 way call to discuss final changes.
- On the day: Gemma and assistant, Cissy and assistant on site to make sure the venue is everything you ever dreamed it could be.
- Next day – We will return and pack it all away.
