Wedding Floral Inspiration 2018

12th January 2018 by Gemma Leave a Comment

Now this is just a very little snippet for some of the floral inspiration in 2018. I love flowers and incorporating them into my styling, both working with trained florists and having a dabble myself, in recent years my tastes have swayed to the wild, natural and untamed. A firm advocator of the home grown I love foraging and the rise of flower farm small holdings. Now flower terminology is not my forte, I can create a stunning display but please don’t ask me to remember flower names, so any florists amongst you reading this blog please don’t call me out on the inaccuracies and just cringe quietly into your cup of tea.

I have also noticed a movement against the word trend, now I believe that weddings should be personal and unique and represent the couple behind them and this is the ethos I use behind all weddings. However trends do exist, trust me after 8 years of being a fashion designer even an anti trend is a trend! So incorporate the elements you want to, in ways you want to, don’t feel pressured into following certain movements just take these ‘trends’ as inspiration and build your wedding your way.

Grasses and Seeds –

This has to be one of my favourite floral movements coming through in floral inspiration 2018, pretty much because its so versatile. Pampas grasses have taken the wedding industry by storm and it’s about time they got some positive press after the whole 70’s swinger innuendos. Fill large glass vessels with tall grasses and exploding seed heads of all shapes and sizes including bamboos and cotton, vintage bottles (which we have loads of  Vintage Bottle Hire )look so delicate and light when filled with grass stems and I love the contrast against the cold hard texture of concrete. This is great for the scandi movement and the air of simplicity we see floating across from Europe. Create beautiful airy tablescapes with striking china layered upon crumpled linen table runners.

Moody Mixes –

Probably the complete opposite of the above trend, here comes the dark and dramatic. Use bold floral choices and unusual flower combos, mix rich hues with soft undertones, orchids with roses, pale pinks with dark mauves and highs with lows. This is a kind of everything goes trend, as long as there is an underlying dark tone running through the florals then this is your chance to be bold and dramatic. Perfect for intense back drops and floral installations.

Delicate –

Pairing it all back to the simplistic vibes, the need for neutrals and airiness is running through a lot of home décor trends at the moment. Plants such as honesty have been popping up all over Instagram and the emergence of dried flowers and grasses have been filling my screen shots folder. Think about dried flower boquets, head pieces, backdrops and place settings.  I love the depth of texture created when using dried foliage, perfect for layering over rustic tables and fabric runners. What’s not to love, especially when we have hundreds of various rustic and unique bottles waiting to be filled with something beautiful!

The amazing thing about social media, is the whole wealth of inspiration out there, I have more screen shots on my phone than photos, so don’t be afraid to step outside of the ‘norm’ when looking at floral inspiration 2018. There’s going to be so much beauty gracing our screens this year!

My next blog post will be looking at some key colours coming through this year.

Have a lovely weekend.

Top Three Styling Trends 2018 –

18th November 2017 by Gemma Leave a Comment

In the first of a series of blog posts I will be looking at some of the key styling trends of 2018, with details soon to be hitting the new wedding scene, don’t worry the good old brass candle stick isn’t going anywhere, but it does have some new friends to sit with.

Like all trends they are influenced by social movements and whats happening in the world of interior design, refined by wedding creatives in styled shoots they then find themselves as key parts of your day.

Transparent –

This year we have seen the introduction of Perspex as stationary material for the use of everything from table plans to place names. This now goes one step further with ghost chairs and Perspex tables making their way across the Atlantic from the dreamy outdoor weddings of California. Admittedly a ghost chair isn’t for everyone and I would always pick a chair to suit the venue, they do however add an amazing level of light and freshness to your wedding décor. Not quite sold on the Perspex then glass will be in abundance, next year I look forward to writing table numbers on glass photo frames and filling large glass distillers with an array of grasses and greenery.

Backdrops –

Nothing makes for a blog submitting wedding more than a dramatic backdrop. Whether that be at the bottom of your aisle or behind the top table. Stylists and florists are getting more and more creative in their designing and the results are all about adding that wow factor. A lot of it is about building on textures and this is where a stylist and florist working together can really come into their own. Key materials include of course Perspex and glass, but also softening chiffon and wire frames, really think about depth of framing yourselves with adding in plinths and details on the floor, such as candles and Perisan rugs. Shapes of backdrops are changing as well, crescents and circles are key shapes for floral designs and chiffon and fabrics are suspended in the air as if they are floating. A simple archway turns into a grid and the flowers just get more dramatic.

Chiffon Drapes

Circular Floral Backdrops

Grid Backdrops

Grids are perfect for building layers of floral displays on.

Grazing Table –

2017 was the year of the doughnut 2018 will be the year of the grazing table and the rise of the savouries! (Yes finally!) A cheese board has never looked so good when it its styled with an array of meats, antipasti, chutneys and breads. This isn’t going to be just for the rustic lovers either, think about adding Perspex (oh gosh I said it again) stands and marble trays to create light displays or go full on with wooden crates, slate tiles and wooden serving boards.

Chasing The Dreams For The White Emporium

24th May 2017 by Gemma Leave a Comment

As I sit here in my garden with a milkshake in hand I thought it was a good a time as ever to get back to blogging. It has been countless New Years resolutions to make this a weekly thing, but I think I might just have to face facts and admit it will be sporadic. However this is a blog post I have been meaning to write for sometime as I have some exciting news to share and it’s about chasing my dreams for The White Emporium.

As of the beginning of May I left my full time job to pursue my dreams with The White Emporium, admittedly I wasn’t brave/ crazy enough to stop paid work completely but I believe I have found a happy balance working part with my new family The Vintage Suit Hire Company. I wanted to share my story as it’s achievable to everyone, I’m just a normal girl with a dream and from somewhere I grew a pair and took the leap.

The White Emporium started after my own wedding, I loved the designing and styling so much I wanted to share my passion with others, I had previously never imagined working in weddings, but my won wedding gave me such a buzz I couldn’t let it go. The first year of business was more of a hobby, I honestly made little money and it was more about me having fun,  some of the posts I shared on social media were horrific and as I have grown and learnt these have swiftly been removed, looking back there are a lot of ‘what were you thinking’ moments. I did some horrific wedding fairs, one where no one turned up apart from my best friend who came to be nosey and one where I felt so uncomfortable and out of my depth as the newbie I was to scared to speak to anyone. In hindsight I can see I had to experience these situations to be able to learn, however at the time I nearly gave up. In the summer of my first year I had bookings – Hallelujah!!!! I charged peanuts to style some weddings and I received great feedback. The White Emporium could be run in a couple of hours every week, I would share a few images on Facebook and Instagram, write the odd blog in my lunch break and send a couple of emails – it was fun!

Year 2, is when it started to get real! I got involved in some styled shoots, re-vamped the website, took more bookings and got behind with the blogging. The White Emporium could no longer be run in a couple of hours, I was now working on it every night and most weekends, I had the bug and I wanted to keep growing. I won The ‘One to Watch’ at the local wedding awards and people started to take notice, I was no longer the newbie, I started to forge strong friendships with other local wedding suppliers, this was a vital turning point in my business as they would recommend me to their brides and I began to develop a reputation. Year 2 however is when I realised I couldn’t have it all, there were dark days when I mentally could not comprehend the work that had to be achieved. I was working 9-6 with an hours commute each way, my job was stressful, demanding and sucking all the energy out of me.  When I would return home from work I would cook a 15minute dinner and then hit my laptop, I was waking up before 6 to do an hours work on The White Emporium to return home to do a further work. My mind was stretched, my creativity destroyed and I was sad. My husband found it hard as I was always working in one form or another, there was little time for us. There was zero time for The White Emporium promotion, when I looked at other businesses and the outreach they were achieving I would kick myself and get so mad. I was in a vicious never ending cycle of work that I couldn’t see the end of. Yet year 2 I worked on some amazing weddings, the styling projects got bigger, the photoshoots bolder and I began to get featured in blogs and magazines. Year 2 was about fighting the battle!

The Shoots Got More Detailed And Conceptual. Photo From Sarah Brookes Photography

Year 3 saw some hope! At the start of my third year in business I had already booked weddings for the next year which marked a massive milestone, it showed there was longevity in my plan. For some crazy reason I felt like this wasn’t enough and The White Emporium could do more, I had been touched by a couple charities and the work they do so decided in my infinite wisdom to organise a charity gala. I learnt so much from this event, what I am mentally and physically capable of, that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Without any previous event organising experience I managed to pull it off and raise a considerable amount of money in the process. Pat on the back for me but back to the dark days of working all hours. I lost weight, everyone would tell me how great I looked but I knew it was exhaustion, I would drive to and from work but not know how I got there, I felt like I was letting everyone down.  In November 2016 I won the Venue Stylist of the Year at the Four Counties Wedding Awards, this got me thinking if I could win an award when I had no time to spend on The White Emporium, imagine what I could do with more time! More weddings got booked in and everyone wanted to get married on a Friday, something had to change. I sat down with my husband and we made a plan, if I wanted to make a success of The White Emporium I needed to dedicate more hours, but I still needed to pay the bills, the goal was to go part time by July. I started 2017 with a plan and a goal but like all well made plans the unexpected happens. I was still miserable, more miserable than I had ever been, finding a part time job that would allow me to work on The White Emporium seemed unachievable and my full time job had me at my lowest ebb, this is where I learnt my two biggest lessons… Never give up and open yourself to unexpected opportunities. My part time work with The Vintage Suit Hire Company was a twist of fate that I could never have imagined would fall my way. They took a risk, I took a risk and so far it is paying off. Within days of being presented with this opportunity  I had handed my notice in on my full time job, it felt so right I wasn’t even scared, this was a job I had trained four years for, got myself in thousands of pounds of debt for and here I was giving it the big middle finger with a huge smile on my face.

So here we are nearly 1 month in and the sun is shining. I realise it won’t always be plain sailing and milkshakes, I am faced with the biggest challenge of all; turning my passion into a business, I have had time to re-stock, take on advice and get an action plan in place. There will be more styled shoots, more conceptual weddings and The White Emporium will become more visual. My styling packages will soon be better defined, more props and décor added and occasionally you may get a blog post! It’s going to be a bumpy ride but I am so glad I had those dark days so I can truly appreciate the freedom I have to dream  now.

My advice to you is to have faith in yourself and follow your dreams no matter what they are.

A Little Close Up Part 2 – Venue Styling

24th June 2016 by Gemma Leave a Comment

First question and the most important? – What is a venue stylist and why do you need one? A venue stylist will ensure the vision for your decor is perfectly executed and exactly as you imagined. By having all the props to hand it is easier to create the exact look you have spent the past few months and years pinning about. The main ethos behind The White Emporium is helping create a wedding that is completely unique to you and reflects the love and personality behind each couple, expressing yourselves through your decoration and venue is the perfect way to do this.

On the morning of your wedding you don’t want to be fretting about the last finishing touches, so leave it to our capable hands as you relax and get pampered.

FullSizeRender

We offer different levels of styling packages and can be as involved as needed and we love working with other suppliers. Our first ever wedding we hired to was a full set up and we sourced table cloths and runners to accompany the decorative props we supplied, it was certainly a case of jumping in at the deep end but what an amazing feeling when seeing everything pulled together and a venue fully set up. Every time I get butterflies and it’s almost like getting married again.

A Helping Hand £70- Perfect for adding those finishing touches and for the DIY bride without an entourage of wedding planners. Were you worrying about who was going to light all those candles before you arrived or who would make sure the blankets are spread on hay bales? We will also arrange any items you have hired from us and within reason a selection of items provided by yourselves. If you have hired any goodies from us don’t worry we will be back to collect the next morning. This option includes a walk around the venue in the week before the event to fully understand the vision you have for your event. Max length of time at venue 2 hours.

Take The Weight Off £160 – Ideal for venues who won’t let setting up begin until the morning of the event or those that have a vision and don’t know how to bring it to life. We will work with you in creating a wedding that reflects your Pinterest dreams.  Come round to our glam garage and we can discuss over biscuits what you would like your wedding to look like, rummage and pull decor from our range and we will help you pull it all together. On the day of your wedding (or the day before) we can be there with or without you to decorate the venue, we will style our own props and anything you might have. We will happily work and liaise with other suppliers to make sure everything is perfect. If you have hired any goodies from us don’t worry we will be back to collect the next morning. This option includes a walk around the venue in the week before the event to fully understand the vision you have for your event. Length of time at venue depends on amount of work to be done.

Leave It To Us from £350– Planning a wedding or event can be stressful and there is always so much to think about, if styling isn’t your thing then leave it all to us. In our little black book we have a huge array of great suppliers who can provide everything we can’t, from chair covers to roll top sofas we can source everything you need for an amazing set up. Come round to our glam garage and we can discuss over biscuits what you would like your event to look like, we will create mood boards to bring the venue to life and to make sure you are fully happy. We will work with the venue and other suppliers so on the day all you need to worry about is turning up on time. If you have hired any goodies from us don’t worry we will be back to collect the next morning.  This option includes a walk around the venue in the week before the event to ensure all parties are happy with the intended styling. Length of time at venue depends on amount of work to be done.

If you have any questions drop send us a message and we will get straight back.

Happy Friday!

A Little Close Up Part 1- Hand Drawn Maps

10th June 2016 by Gemma Leave a Comment

For well over a year The White a Emporium has been creating hand drawn maps for couples all around the country. It is an area of our work that we have never really shouted about. So as the first in a 3-part close up look at The White Emporium we will be telling you all you need to know about our little maps.

It all started back in 2014 when I drew a tiny little map on the info page of our wedding invites. One of our guests saw it and loved it and asked me to draw one for them. Then a friend of a friend saw theirs and another map was commissioned, the rest as they say is history.

map

My Own Little Wedding Map, Where It All Began!

I have created maps of London to Italy and drawn airplanes to unicorns. As long as I can have access to photos (Google maps is a dream) I can attempt to draw anything.

Each little element of the map is hand drawn, you can include your houses, where you went on your first date, your favourite pub etc, most common is for couples to add on the hotels guests have been recommended to stay at and of course the wedding venues.

Every Element In The Map Is Hand Drawn

Every Element In The Map Is Hand Drawn

A Map Of A Location In Italy

A Map Of A Location In Italy

So why buy a hand drawn map when printing from Google is so easy? Well every map is completely unique, no 2 are ever the same. It is another great way to inject your personality by adding in places that mean something to you and selecting the area to be drawn. The maps aren’t accurate to scale but they still make a great little tool to stop your guests getting lost. Finally once you are happy with the artwork the map is yours to keep, I hold no printing restrictions so it can be re-produced however you like as many times as you like. They are great to keep in your memory box and I have known couples to frame them, or enlarge them and use them as a print for guests to sign.

Another One Of Our Little Maps

Here’s the important bit (well for me anyway) the maps currently cost £40 (until 1st September 16) for the finished JPEG and they take at least 2 weeks to draw. I would need to know the final size you require, all the places you would like to be included and your names and wedding date. So not to much info! When you are entirely happy with the artwork you get a high resolution JPEG which is yours to print however you would like.

This is Me…

1st April 2016 by Gemma Leave a Comment

I have had a whole load of new Instagram and Facebook followers which I am totally over the moon about, thank you so much for following my little adventure into building The White Emporium. So I thought it was about time I introduced the woman behind the venture.

me 1

This is me!

For those of you who don’t know my name is Gemma and I am a not long 30, head strong, compulsive doodler, slightly crazy cat lady, who is attempting to take on the Bedfordshire  wedding industry.

The White Emporium was born after my own wedding back in August 2014. I loved every moment of organising my own wedding, everything on the day was either made or sourced by myself and to say I was in my element was an understatement. I am not going to lie the wedding took over my life, our house resembled a scene from ‘The Secret Life of Hoarders’ and I roped in anyone and everyone to help with sticking, sanding and cutting. I had invested so much of my time and my energy into this one day,  so when it was over I couldn’t bare the thought of having to give it all up. So not only on my wedding day did I marry the most perfect man I also started a new adventure all on my own.

me 4

Behind the scenes on a shoot!

I have always been very determined and after (not to sound soppy) a realisation of my own mortality a few years ago, I promised the big guy upstairs that if everything worked out I would start my own business. So here I am! Officially a business woman and owner – with a business account!  Yes I often feel out of my depth and sometimes panicked by what I have started, but most of the time I am excited and constantly driven to keep building The White Emporium. However all is not easy, I still work full time to pay the bills, I often get up ridiculously early and work late with my very unhelpful cat for company, I struggle to balance my time and those closest to me suffer from the zero free time I have. The love I have for those closest to me is immense and I couldn’t be where I am without them, their support and encouragement is ridiculous and you soon learn who your true friends are when they understand why you are locked in your house painting blackboards all weekend!

me 5

An early morning start, still in the P.J s with my unhelpful cat!

It is amazing to sit back and see where The White Emporium has come over the past 18 months. I am lucky enough to have meet some pretty awesome local suppliers and together we have created stunning photoshoots that have been featured in local and national blogs and magazines. I am in my element on a styled shoot and love the planning and setting up of the different looks. I have also had the pleasure of working with some beautiful couples, these are the people that I get up for and every wedding I am involved with I get that same feeling of excitement I had on own big day. Back in January I had all my hard work rewarded when I won ‘The One To watch’ Award at the Four Counties Wedding Awards, it was great to be noticed as a newcomer to the wedding industry and what an amazing way to start what promises to be a action packed 2016!

me 3

I only went and won an award!!!

So what is The White Emporium about? Well it’s about creating weddings that are truly unique and personal to each couple. I don’t believe in the ordinary, I believe in out-of-the-box thinking and quirky touches. Weddings shouldn’t be about a rigid, structured day and a conveyor belt of brides, it should be all about the couple who are starting on a new chapter together and a wedding should reflect this and most importantly their personalities.

In a nutshell this is me and The White Emporium. For more information and to get in touch head over to the Contact page. Make sure you follow The White Emporium on Pinterest for everything we love and inspired by. Instagram for behind the scenes and Facebook for updates. Also don’t forget to follow this blog for more ramblings on weddings, I promise it isn’t always so wet!

Happy Friday Campers!!!

A few little tips for your big day…

29th January 2016 by Gemma Leave a Comment

I get asked all the time for a few words of advice for someone’s big day and would I have changed anything about my own wedding.

Well the honest answer is I wouldn’t have changed a thing! Not to sound cliché but I loved my wedding and I would do it all again, however I do have one regret!

So here are my pearly gems…

10514511_10100161490949868_965243232707507821_n

Photo From Two-D Photography

One it’s your wedding, do it your way! If you don’t want a colour scheme don’t have one. If you want a simple dress have one. If you want to break with tradition and have a stone baked pizza van instead of a wedding breakfast do it! Hopefully this is the only time you are ever going to get married so do it your way, as long as your wedding shouts personality and reflects the couple you are then who cares what people think, your day will be beautiful.

10392277_10100161498789158_4082638012000782905_n

Photo From Two-D Photography

Secondly take a time out. Everyone will tell you this but your day does honestly fly past at a trillion miles an hour! It is very easy to get wrapped up in the moment, talking to guests, posing for photos. It can actually happen that you spend less time with you husband than any normal day. So take a 5 minute time out with your new hubby, take yourself away from the bustle and have a little chat and listen. Spend a few moments absorbing the laughter and sounds of everyone having a great time, appreciate what you have achieved and the actual reason that you got married and that’s because you love each other.

Photo From Two-D Photography

So here is my one regret and the only amendment I would make to my day… a videographer, or at least someone to record the speeches. If I am honest we forgot about it, we were too concerned with the other small details and it never crossed our mind to ask a guest to do the honours, we just presumed someone would. But unfortunately no one did. I always thought I would remember the speeches, sadly I don’t. I was so involved in the moment, concentrating so much on what everyone was saying that now it is such a blur. I don’t remember our guests laughing or crying and in the few snippets of video I have seen the guests were in absolute hysterics, all of which I never appreciated. We were lucky that our photographer created a small 10minute snippet of our day, but I wish I had more. I wish I could see peoples reactions as I entered the church, hear the laughter during our best mans jokes and seeing the proud faces of our parents during our first dance. So even if you can’t afford a videographer ask a guest to record what they can, you will have memories but nothing can beat seeing it all again.

But  most importantly of all enjoy it! Don’t get stressed with the details of the day, it’s going to be awesome no matter what happens, your only going to do it once so sit back and enjoy the ride!

A Beautiful White Affair

15th January 2016 by Gemma Leave a Comment

One of my favourite things about my job is getting to work with some super talented suppliers on styled shoots. Today I am going to share with a beauty of a gem, perfect for cheering up this very cold day. Back in May 2014 we created an effortlessly beautiful look which took full advantage of the lush green backdrop. The first look saw our bride and groom embrace under a natural arbor complimented with a love quote plaque and candles (frequent followers will know I have a candle obsession). The bride had a stunning relaxed bun up-do decorated with flowers. Her dress was trimmed with beads and featured a small train, perfect for the relaxed feel.

Our couple dined at a table brimming with eucalyptus and brass candlesticks, gip filled the mini glass vases and rustic Mr and Mrs hand painted signs hung from the chairs.

IMG_4665 IMG_4610 IMG_4606 IMG_4603 IMG_4602

With the beautiful setting it would have been rude not to take advantage of the outdoors so we created a picnic, which has to be the ultimate in relaxed wedding dining.

IMG_4618 IMG_4732 11163765_1597953193816982_5564355932346862800_n

White was our non-colour of choice, it really pops against the green and the beautiful relaxed hand tied bouquet was to die for!

IMG_4605 IMG_4599 IMG_4600 IMG_4604 springstyled-004 IMG_4666

The second look saw the bride in a short lace and loose waved hair, the groom looked dapper in shirt and braces. 2016 is all about signage and our Mr and Mrs signs and chalk boards provide amazing photo props.

IMG_4619 IMG_4622 IMG_4620 IMG_4623 IMG_4663 IMG_4733 11350486_1409134259413208_2665145424340827628_n 11391392_1409134636079837_6510438210637035470_n 11109273_1597953260483642_7969026282879925103_n

I love the intimate feel of this shoot and how in love the couple look. When I style shoots I love to help create the relaxed vibe that was over whelming on this gorgeous day.

I hope you love it as much as I do.

Spring Country Wedding Styled Shoot

12th June 2015 by Gemma Leave a Comment

Oooppps been a month since our last blog post! Life at The White Emporium has been non stop and manic but in a good way so please forgive us for the absence.

But we have something below certainly worth waiting for!

A couple of weeks ago we took part in another styled wedding shoot with a band of amazing wedding photographers. The look was a summer country wedding, the feel was fresh and airy. There was crispness in the styling with only white flowers contrasting against beautiful greenery and eucalyptus, the only real use of colour came from gold highlights in the invites and styling accessories. May sees an abundance of Cow Parsley which makes for a dreamy back drop.

The table was dressed with vintage linen and accessorized with brass candlesticks and glass tealights. I love the idea of stand out plates, (I wish I had thought of interesting plates for my own wedding plain white just looks so boring now!) so we found some beautiful gold rimmed, dinner and side plates, you can create some really beautiful table settings with a few simple touches and we tied a few sprigs of greenery in with the knife and fork.

The second look saw the bride and groom heading to a vintage picnic complete with crates and slate boards. This idea can easily be translated into a cheese table or why not have welcome drinks in a picnic setting.

At The White Emporium we have a wide selection of chalk boards and love nothing better than a good love quote. Don’t miss these below!

Check out the beautiful striped cake, i love this idea what a way to make a unexpected impact and how amazing do the flowers look on top!

Finally the group of lovely photographers whose photos are below are super talented, they all have a slightly different style to their technique make sure you hope over to their websites for full photos don’t forget to check out all the other suppliers below who worked on this beautiful shoot!

Stand Up For Weddings- The wedding industry has b Stand Up For Weddings-The wedding industry has been shut in all but name since the first lockdown in March. Many businesses lost nearly all of their projected 2020 turnover, many couples now face uncertainty knowing if their dream days will be able to go ahead or not. The wedding industry is full of creatives, entrepreneurs, hard workers and go getters but the past 10 months has taken its toll. We understand the safety of everyone is paramount and as an industry we have done as we have been told. What we need now is financial support to get this unique and beloved industry through these times, to get us to the days when we all want to celebrate again. We need rapid testing to be rolled out to allow large scale weddings and events to reopen. Now is the time to keep fighting for our businesses and for our couples so when this is all over we can all celebrate love and friendship together again as it’s meant to be!#whataboutweddings #standupforweddings #2021wedding @borisjohnsonuk @rishisunakmp

Happy Christmas! This is me signing out for the n Happy Christmas! This is me signing out for the next few days. Wishing you all a happy Christmas for what must be the strangest of festive holidays we have ever faced. May you find happiness and comfort in these quieter days. I have picked this photo by @nickisheaphotography from N&Js wedding back in September, the only fully styled wedding I managed to work on. I feel it perfectly sums up 2020, the masks in the background a constant reminder of Covid. But do you know what love does conquer all and this couple prove it! As a team you can overcome anything! Love really is everywhere, family, friends, partners, pets. strength and support is there. My heart has broken for others and myself so much this year. When all you want is to hug someone who is hurting and you can’t is something I will never forget. However you have made it this far and you can make it to the other side. This isn’t forever. You will get married, you will hold each other and one day this will all be behind us.So signing out for Christmas with some hope because sometimes that’s all we have. But that’s enough!
